Terms & Conditions (“Terms”)
Last updated: 24 October 2026
These general terms relate to services provided by Cleankill Pty Ltd. Read them together with your written quote, booking confirmation and any service-specific instructions. A separate written agreement is not replaced by a later website update.
Quotes and agreed work
Your quote or booking confirmation describes the services included, the price or pricing basis, and any stated exclusions. Please provide accurate property details, access information and cleaning requirements so we can assess the work.
If the property condition or requested work differs from the information used for a quote, we will discuss any proposed change to the scope or price and seek your agreement before doing additional chargeable work. You may choose not to proceed with that additional work.
Specialist services such as carpet cleaning, tile and grout restoration, pest treatment and mould remediation are included only when specified. They are not automatically included in a standard domestic or bond clean.
Bookings, access and preparation
A booking is confirmed when we accept it and communicate the agreed arrangements. Please arrange authorised access and discuss any parking, power, water or access restrictions with us in advance.
Tell us about fragile or damaged surfaces, valuables, hazards, pets and any circumstances that may affect safe completion of the work. Follow the preparation instructions supplied for your service. We will discuss limitations on moving furniture or belongings rather than assuming every item can be moved safely.
Prices, payment and appointment changes
Your written quote or booking confirmation will state the price or hourly rate, how GST is treated and the payment arrangements. Any deposit, cancellation or no-access fee must be disclosed and agreed as part of your booking before it applies. These website terms do not introduce a new fee, deposit or payment deadline.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, contact us as soon as possible. We will discuss available alternatives and any previously agreed charges. If we need to change an appointment, we will contact you to arrange an alternative.
Results and existing conditions
Cleaning results depend on the surface, its age and condition, and the type of staining or contamination. Some stains, wear, discolouration, odours or damage may not be removable by cleaning alone. We will discuss material limitations we identify when assessing or performing the agreed work.
This explanation does not exclude responsibility for damage caused by a failure to exercise due care and skill, or limit your rights under law.
Bond and end-of-lease cleaning
Please provide any relevant property-manager checklist and identify the services required for handover. The agreed scope determines what is included. A property inspection, tenancy dispute or bond return can involve matters beyond the cleaning service, so a cleaning booking does not guarantee a bond outcome.
Any express cleaning warranty offered on the relevant service page or with your booking applies in addition to your legal rights. Contact us promptly about concerns so we can assess them and discuss an appropriate response.
Pest, mould and water-restoration services
Specialist work depends on the site assessment and agreed treatment or restoration plan. Follow the preparation, safety, re-entry, ventilation and aftercare instructions supplied for your job, including directions concerning people and pets.
Mould treatment does not itself repair an underlying moisture source. Leaks, humidity or affected materials may need further work to reduce recurrence. Pest activity can depend on entry points and environmental conditions. Some damaged or contaminated materials may need replacement rather than cleaning. We will explain relevant limitations and recommended next steps for the agreed service.
Concerns, damage and remedies
Contact us promptly if you are concerned about our work or believe damage has occurred. Where possible, provide relevant details and photographs so we can investigate. We will discuss inspection, rectification or another appropriate remedy according to the circumstances and your legal rights.
The request to contact us promptly is not a deadline that removes your rights. Do not delay urgent steps needed to protect people or prevent further property damage.
Consumer rights
Our services come with rights and guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law where it applies. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified. A contractual warranty or return-visit offer does not replace those rights.
